The three occupants of the sports car had to be extricated from the vehicle by the fire department. While the driver of the accident was seriously injured, the two children aged five and ten suffered life-threatening injuries. The five-year-old child had to be flown to the clinic in a rescue helicopter. Emergency services took the 39-year-old driver and a ten-year-old child to hospital.

The car involved in the accident is a Lamborghini Urus

According to media reports, the car involved in the accident is said to be a Lamborghini Urus. This multi-engine SUV has been in the market since 2018 and is available in various variants. The car has a V8 engine with a bi-turbocharger and has 666 hp in the current version of the engine. According to the Federal Motor Transport Authority, 582 Lamborghini Urus were registered new nationwide in 2023.
