When a police Alpine hits an Audi S3

Since the entry into service of the 26 Alpine A110s of the national gendarmerie, the army has suffered some losses. The first example was placed on its roof in the summer of 2022 following an unknown incident along the A4 road, then two other A110s were seriously damaged during road interventions (including wet roads in both cases).

A fourth model of the gendarmes sports car was caught in an unknown accident, on the way out of a tollbooth somewhere on a highway in France. Captured in a video where we see a completely broken front end (with flower views), the car appeared to hit a black Audi S3 from behind. The latter certainly bears the scars of the shock, even if the German compact seems less damaged than the French one.

Did the driver of the Alpine A110 lose focus and forget to brake while driving behind the Audi S3? Did the German backfire on the Frenchman? It’s impossible to tell without contextual information from this video posted on social media. But it begins to cause serious damage to the rapid intervention vehicles of the national gendarmerie!
