Party in the University Quarter! Go to a free mini-festival

Seventeen entrepreneurs in the University Quarter organize the Unikwartier Schuurt on Saturday, April 20. Take a good bag from one of the art caravans in Janskerkhof, Miffy Pleinje, Voorstraat or Lucas Bolwerk and discover what’s on offer.

Music, taste, the spoken word and visual arts: you can enjoy them at Café De Stadsgenoot, Wijnbar VinVin, Kunsliefde, vandeStreek, t Kippegie, Frontaal Little Bar, Vlaamsch Broodhuys, Cafe Tilt!, The Village, Plato and Café de Stad.

Art caravans

Visit Pet van de Luijtgaarden’s fascinating art galleries in Janskerkhof, Miffy Pleintje, Voorstraat and Lucas Bolwerk. In the caravans you will find fast poets, spoken word artists, a painter and you can participate in workshops.

A new way to walk

After Saturday April 20 you can USchuurt walkway, created by the same organization. Poems, illustrations, excerpts and parts of song lyrics about Utrecht are part of a walkable route through the University Quarter. Quickly put on your shoes and go on an adventure!

Unikwartier Schurt is Saturday April 20 from 11 am to 6 pm Participating entrepreneurs can be found in Janskerkhof, Nijntje Pleintje, Voorstraat and Lucas Bolwerk. Being there is free!
