Assassin’s Creed RED and Assassin’s Creed HEXE were announced. Fans will be delighted

At the end of last week, Ubisoft Forward brought a lot of news about the future of the Assassin’s Creed series, because the French publisher not only announced Assassin’s Creed Mirage, but also officially announced two other titles set in the world of Assassin. These will be released as part of the Infinity platform.

First, the company confirmed the rumors of a game hub for its past and future Assassin’s Creed productions – a platform named Infinity that will generate and collect titles (much like the Animus program in the real world). On Saturday, three projects were announced for this effort, including a multiplayer game that is in the early stages of development.

Last weekend, Ubisoft Forward brought a lot of news about the future of the Assassin’s Creed series, including the Infinity platform.

As for the other two games on the Infinity platform, they currently have working titles: Assassin’s Creed RED and Assassin’s Creed HEXE, as already revealed by last week’s leak. Some news is also confirmed here, although not everything turned out to be true.

And so Assassin’s Creed RED will take players to compete in Japan, a place fans of the series have been asking for for years. Developed in Assassin’s Creed Syndicate and Odyssey, Ubisoft Quebec, this title is described as “the next evolution of the open-world RPG Assassin’s Creed.” Jonathan Dumont, who was previously responsible for Assassin’s Creed Odyssey and Immortals Fenyx Rising, became the game’s creative director. In this title, we will take the role of a ninja, not as suggested by recent rumors of a samurai, which seems to be the most reasonable choice, considering the subtle nature of the Assassin’s Creed series.

Meanwhile, Ubisoft Montreal is preparing its Infinity project in the form of Hexe, which will enter the market after Red. Not many details have been released about this project, but it is set to be the “next major title” in the series. Leaks indicate that Hexe will take place in the Holy Roman Empire in the 16th century, so it looks like we’re going back to the Renaissance period. The story promises to be a lot of fun, as it revolves around a witch hunt and is arguably the darkest Assassin’s Creed in history.
