70 years of Giulietta will be a celebration according to Imparato – CorsaItalia

The Alfa Romeo Giulietta came on the market in 1954. It takes a quick calculation of 0.05 seconds to realize that this means the model was introduced 70 years ago. Alfa Romeo boss Jean-Philippe Imparato announced today that a lot will happen and that the celebrations will be marked by a special logo.

Imparato, who grew up in the back seat of his mother’s Alfa Romeo Giulia, loves the Giulietta. In the official message he says:
“The famous #AlfaRomeoGiuliettaSprint, the “Sweetheart of Italy”, celebrates its 70th birthday! To mark this milestone, Alfa Romeo #CentroStile has created a commemorative logo. The first weekend of June, there will be a special event in our Museum of Alfa Romeo in Arese including a parade, meeting and special exhibition, and the Italian #AlfaRomeo Registry will lead a procession of 70 cars from Lake Garda, through Verona, to the finish in Arese.”

It promises to be a great summer for the 70-year-old Alfa Romeo! If Imparato is now also treating us to the new Giulietta, which according to the CEO is on the way if the brand sells well, our Alfa year can’t be bad at all.
