Czech manufacturer Skoda, owned by the Volkswagen group, unveils its future 100% electric Epiq. Especially with its height of 4.10 m and its attractive accommodation: its trunk will provide 490 l of capacity. It is, more or less, the electronic successor of the thermal Kamiq. Please note: according to Skoda, the Epiq will be the first production model to show a “minimalist interior based on “Modern Solid”, which emphasizes sustainable materials. » Solid Modern is intended to be the new “fashion language” of Skoda.

Other notable characteristics of this Skoda Epiq, its autonomy should reach 400 km, according to the manufacturer. With a hard price of 25,000 euros including tax, and the sale was announced at the end of 2025. Just like its main competitor in France Renault R4, the work of the SUV based on the new R5, this Skoda Epic will have a dual V2G-V2H. charger (car to grid / go home). This charger allows you to store and then restore electricity in the house or on the network, for a theoretical profit.

The Skoda Epiq will be built on the new MEB Entry platform, at the new Volkswagen Group plant in Pamplona, ​​Spain. Volkswagen ID.2 SUV and Cupra Raval will also be offered.
