Following IDEM’s certification, Automobili Lamborghini in Sant’Agata Bolognese is among the first companies in the automotive sector to adopt the UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification measure for gender equality policies.

Automobili Lamborghini’s ongoing strategic move towards the full realization of the principles of inclusion and equal opportunities has achieved a new goal. After being one of the first companies in the automotive industry to get IDEM certificate in November 2022to obtain official recognition for its proven use in the field of international standards of gender equality, the Council of Sant’Agata has also received the UNI/PdR 125:2022 certificate, approved by the Italian government in accordance with the provisions of law 162/2021.

The certification was issued by DNV, an independent organization that provides international insurance and risk management services, which confirms the guidelines of the gender equality management system as well as the adoption of specific KPI performance indicators in the implementation of gender equality goals. More specifically, the UNI/PdR 125:2022 standard helps organizations promote gender equality within the corporate culture, improving and strengthening individual and organizational performance.
