Spectrum News: Moreno Says He Stood Up For GM Over China, But The Reality Tells A Different Story

Columbus, OH – In a new report, Bernie Moreno has been caught again lying to the people of Ohio, this time about selling Chinese-made cars at his dealership. Despite repeatedly claiming “he stood (his) and did not sell (Buick Envision),” a new report shows Moreno “they sold Chinese made SUVs,” he bragged about by posting customer testimonials on his dealership’s YouTube page, and regularly promoting the car – which was “are always made in China.”

Spectrum News: “Spectrum information has been found many social media posts of the car promoted by Moreno sales from 2014 to 2019, period before Moreno sold the dealership to Crestmont Auto Group in 2020.

Spectrum News: “Moreno never mentioned that his business sold Chinese-made SUVs for years…the campaign declined to comment on…why (Moreno) was comfortable selling SUVs in the first place. as Envision has always been made in China.”
