Hedin Automotive Netherlands is taking over BMW and Mini dealer Dubbelsteyn, the holding dealer announced today (Friday, April 19). The acquisition covers the activities of BMW and Mini dealers, namely sales, after-sales and parts sales. All 100 employees will go to Hedin, the company reports.

Dubbelsteyn has two branches: one in Dordrecht and one in Numansdorp. In 2023, the dealer sold more than 3,000 vehicles, with sales of more than 140 million euros in 2023. With the acquisition of Dubbelsteyn, Hedin expands its BMW and Mini range from five to seven locations. In total, Hedin Mobility Group represents the two brands in 62 locations in five countries.

Eddy Haesendonck, CEO of Hedin Automotive Benelux, is delighted with the purchase. “We can develop our market position for BMW and Mini in the region of Southwest Holland.”

The acquisition may be approved by the relevant competition authority.

In 2023, the BMW dealership group will take over Renova.
