Former singer of the legendary rock group Genesis, Ray Wilson will be in concert at the Forum de Vauréal on Thursday, November 21! He will play his songs and titles from the Genesis repertoire.

In May 1994, Stiltskin, with Ray Wilson as frontman, reached number 1 in the UK charts and reached the top 10 in Europe with their debut album “Inside”. Since then, Ray has spent 30 years releasing music and touring throughout the UK, Europe and South America. As the lead singer of the popular rock band Genesis, he wrote and performed on the number 2 album “Calling All Stations” in the UK and Germany in 1997. During this period, Ray also appeared as a guest singer in the rock group The Scorpions for of their album. “Moment of Glory”, and performed live with the “Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra” for the opening of Expo 2000.

In over 20 years, Ray has released 15 solo albums and performed throughout Europe and South America, regularly performing over 100 concerts a year. In 2024, Ray will join legendary guitarist Steve Hackett for the second time at the Royal Albert Hall and will go on to play more sold-out concerts across Europe.

Ray began his solo career in 2002, with 12 sold-out concerts at the Edinburgh International Festival, where he also performed songs from his debut album “Change” released in 2003. This was the beginning of a career very satisfying for Ray, maintaining control of his own destiny by playing thousands of concerts.

In addition to touring regularly, Ray has collaborated with incredible artists from all walks of life, including Armin van Buuren, Steve Hackett, Turntablerocker, RPWL, Scorpions and Patrycja Markowska.

Ray’s latest album, “The Weight of Man”, considered by many to be his best album to date, was released in 2021, 5 years after the hits “Song For A Friend” and “Makes Me Think Of Home”, both released. in 2016. Produced by Le Forum
