R86TB, the new teaching box from Mitsubishi Electric to monitor and program Melfa robots

Mitsubishi Electric Show it R86TBa new high-performance teaching kit for industrial and collaborative robotics Melfa. This tool is designed to assist users, machine builders and system integrators in configuration, programming, maintenance and troubleshooting. Intuitive and easy to use, the platform has comprehensive monitoring and programming features for the latest and previous generation Melfa robots. The device allows you to have full control of the connected robot through several easy-to-use screens, which can be accessed from 10.1 inch high definition display. In this way, even inexperienced users can successfully proceed with the implementation of simple applications, while more experienced professionals will find in this new solution a valid partner for creating advanced applications very easily.

The R86TB model includes, in particular, 3D layout visualization options to support planning, installation and programming activities, recreating a work environment that mimics the real one. Added to this are software support features, interfaces for setting and monitoring parameters and a section dedicated to diagnostics. Adoption and deployment to all these platforms is facilitated by bot software RT Toolbox3 and Mitsubishi Electric, guarantee backward compatibility. In addition to these features, the new high-performance R86TB training box also provides fast and timely troubleshooting without the need for a computer, saving time and automating program performance.
