Buffs Travel to Take on No. 47 Oregon

The Colorado Buffaloes (15-10, 5-8 Pac-12) trek to Eugene, Oregon, to face the No. 47 Oregon Ducks (18-9, 8-6 Pac-12) in a pivotal matchup between two squads vying for a postseason berth.

The Buffs, who currently hold the tenth-place spot in the Pac-12 standings, hope to bolster their resume with a road win against a Ducks squad that is ranked by the NCAA RPI at No. 47.

Colorado is coming off a hard-fought loss to the Arizona State Sun Devils, in which the Buffs were unable to convert a late-game three-pointer to tie the game.

Senior guard McKinley Wright IV leads the Buffs with an average of 14.5 points and 5.2 assists per game. Wright IV is a threat on both sides of the ball and his leadership will be key to Colorado’s success in this matchup.

The Ducks are led by senior guard Payton Pritchard, who averages 19.6 points and 5.6 assists per contest. Pritchard is a two-time All-Pac-12 selection and is currently the leading scorer in Oregon program history.

The game between the Buffs and Ducks is scheduled for 7 PM PT on Wednesday, February 26th. Colorado will be looking to capitalize on its opportunity to pick up a quality win against a nationally-ranked opponent.
