The exclusive Bugatti Super Sport “Sur Mesure” of course! And that’s exactly what the “Golden Age” is. The name refers to the end of the era, that of Bugattis that were powered by a combustion engine only. A tribute to the rich history of the Molsheim brand.

Compared to the ‘regular’ Bugatti Chiron Super Sport, the Golden Age is distinguished by the color on its body, which took no less than 400 hours. It goes from deep black at the front to bright gold at the back, with the transition starting behind the front wheels. In addition, 45 examples of hand-painted logos from Bugatti’s history are used on the flanks.

On the roof and hood, the tiger motif provides relief in a wavy shape, as if the wind is blowing over the body. In the passenger compartment, 26 Bugatti drawings, including the Type 41 Royale and the Type 57 SC Atlantic, adorn the passenger door, and the trim highlights the years 1909-1956 for the brand’s first era. The driver is treated to 19 graphics, including those of the EB110, the Veyron, Chiron, Divo, Centodieci and La Voiture Noire as well as the years 1987-2023 for the second era of Bugatti. This special order from an important Bugatti customer was placed with the brand’s dealer in Greenwich, Connecticut, in the United States. The customer wanted to pay tribute to the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport, which, according to the lucky customer, “is a historic moment in the world of cars”. Furthermore, the Super Sport series marks the end of Chiron production and thus the end of an era for the French manufacturer.

Because it will be the last Bugatti powered solely by a combustion engine. Future models designed and built in Molsheim are expected to be electrified – still with the W16? – or electricity only, and technology from around the world Rimac.
