Lexus will open a new showroom in Amsterdam’s PC Hooftstraat this week, the brand reports in a press release.

The location in the city center of Amsterdam will be the twelfth Lexus showroom in the Netherlands. Lexus already has branches in Amsterdam Zuidoost, Arnhem, Breda, The Hague, Eindhoven, Enschede, Groningen, Utrecht, Rotterdam, Sittard and Zwolle.

The new branch is the Lexus LBX showroom, which has been available in the Netherlands since last month. The compact SUV is available from 35,995 euros. “To further emphasize the qualities of the Lexus LBX as a vehicle in and out of the city, Lexus will open a showroom in Amsterdam’s PC Hooftstraat next week,” Lexus said.

Price reduction

Lexus dropped the prices of the NX hybrid models earlier this year. The cheapest version is now available from 65 thousand euros. That is 10 thousand euros less than before. Lexus saw the number of registrations in the Netherlands increase by 29.4 percent in 2023 compared to the previous year. Last year, 532 cars of the brand were registered in the Netherlands. This is evident from the RDC statistics.

At the end of last year, Lexus, Toyota’s luxury brand, announced that it wants to supply battery-only cars in the Netherlands by 2030, if market conditions allow this.

Last week it was announced that Cupra is moving from Move in Amsterdam to Buitenveldert.
