Andrea Caldarelli in the Lamborghini SC63 at Spa-Francorchamps

The conflict of dates between the 6 Hours of Trade-Francorchamps and the Berlin E-Prix is leading manufacturers to adapt accordingly. So several drivers have been entered in the Hypercar category of the FIA WEC and in the World Championship. This is the case of Edoardo Mortara, who drives for Mahindra in FE and Lamborghini in Endurance.

If some teams have chosen to race with only two drivers in Belgium, which the regulations allow and this will be especially for the Hertz Jota Porsche n°12 Team where Norman Nato, who will be in Germany with Andretti will not be replaced. On the part of the Italian manufacturer, the choice was made to require Andrea Caldarelli, IMSA driver of the brand along with Matteo Cairoli and Romain Grosjean.

Transalpine will therefore support Mirko Bortolotti and Daniil Kvyat throughout Quiévrain in the SC63, as confirmed by Rouven Mohr, technical director of the program, in a press conference at the 6 Hours of Imola this Saturday. The 34-year-old driver is also in the paddock for the second round of the 2024 WEC this weekend.

The start of the 6 Hours of Imola will be given at 1:00 am.
