The Shelly Smart Control app is available in selected Audi models

For this purpose, the popular Shelly Smart Control application, based on the Android Car Operating System, will be available in the Audi Application Store. Customers can use a range of user-friendly home automation functions intuitively through the standard interface of their car’s infotainment system. This includes eg B. opening and closing the garage door automatically and turning on the lights in the garage, other rooms or the whole house when you come home or leave the house.

The integration of the Shelly Smart Control app into the Audi App Store is done in collaboration with CARIAD, the software company of the Volkswagen Group, and Harman Ignite. This allows customers to access a variety of popular third-party apps that are seamlessly integrated into the car’s infotainment system. Regular online updates keep the infotainment system software up to date.
