Conservationist Dennis Steffens has filed a claim for 3.1 million euros against Spyker Ltd., the company whose founder Victor Muller wants to restart. According to the administrator, the company wrongly collected revenue generated from the sale of products from the bankrupt Spyker Services.

The administrator writes this in the latest bankruptcy report.

The regulator also appears to be filing a claim of more than 1.1 million euros against Luxembourg-based carmaker Milan Moradi. The company allegedly misappropriated the entire stock of Spyker Services and the Spyker car.

The manager appeared to have previously reached an agreement with Muller, but according to the manager he did not fulfill the agreement in the deal. Steffens is now writing to increase the pressure by filing a lawsuit. He also accuses Muller of acting in a paulian way; he could take Muller to court for this.

‘It’s really impossible’

“That shares of Spyker Services and cars have been sold while Spyker Ltd. has collected money is really impossible. The ball is now in Victor’s court. He had to pay a long time ago, and now even more,” the administrator told RTLZ.

Muller found new Russian investors for Spyker in recent years. But due to the war in Ukraine, this investment could not be implemented.
