DeKalb sisters charged in home invasion, metal pole attack – Shaw Local

Two sisters in DeKalb have recently been charged with multiple felonies as a result of an alleged home invasion and attack with a metal pole.

The DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office released a statement indicating that the incident in question occurred on Wednesday, November 11th. Police allege that Tiffany Marie Knight, 30, and her sister, Lesley Joanne Knight, 34, were both present at the scene of a home invasion and perpetrated a brutal attack with a metal pole.

The two sisters have each been charged with two counts of home invasion, one count of aggravated battery, one count of aggravated assault, and one count of mob action. All of these charges are classified as felonies.

The victims of the attack were two individuals, one of whom sustained multiple injuries from the metal pole. The victims were given medical treatment at the scene, while the two sisters were taken into custody.

The DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office has stated that the investigation is ongoing, and the two sisters remain in custody at the DeKalb County Jail.
