In a statement issued on March 18th, the Delaware State Police identified the homicide victim in a shooting that took place on March 16th in Felton.
The victim was identified as Efrain Rodriguez-Cotto, 38, of Camden, Delaware.
According to police, Rodriguez-Cotto was struck by gunfire in the area of the 200 block of North Main Street in Felton at approximately 9:38 p.m. on March 16th. He was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The Delaware State Police Homicide Unit is conducting an investigation into the incident and is asking anyone with information to contact Detective J. King at 302-365-8441.
