“Five-digit sales figures in the medium term”

After two and a half years of pure direct sales, Genesis has been working with dealers since January. German boss Matthias Wollenberg hopes this will lead to more presence and more sales – even if the numbers don’t go through the roof.

Genesis has now been operating in Germany for almost two and a half years. What conclusion do you come to?

Matthias Wollenberg: We started with a unique customer promise that no other premium brand offers in this form: “We come to you”. This means that if someone is interested in our cars, one of our Genesis Personal Assistants (GPA) will contact you, ask about their wants and needs, bring the car to the customer for a test drive if requested and set up the car of their choice. and the customer. We send the car to the customer’s home or office. And even after the purchase, we take care of the customer, take the car for service, make appointments for tire changes and so on. First we wanted to see: Does it work? Does that sound familiar? And the reviews show: Yes, customers really appreciate it. So my conclusion is very positive.
