Cupra DarkRebel. From the real world to the real world

The Cupra DarkRebel was shown for the first time in early 2023, but it was an online preview – the car existed only as a computer project. Now it turns out that a physical copy has also been built.

Where did this example even come from? It was created using the Hyper interactive developer on the Metahype platform. Over 270,000 have been created on Metahype. configuration made by internet users, including Cupra ambassadors – FC Barcelona players Alexia Putellas and Marc ter Stegen, as well as actor Daniel Brühl

The data collected from Hyper’s online configurator was used to create the final design of the demo version of the DarkRebel model. This is how a sports car, two seats and a bulletproof body and an electric car were created.

Cupra DarkRebel is 4.5 m long, 2.2 m wide and only 1.4 m tall. The car is largely made of ecological materials, for example, the interior is made of 90 bamboo. The cockpit is built close to the driver, and the steering wheel itself is designed to give a feeling of attachment to the game console.

Of course, there are no plans to launch DarkRebel series production. This car is a very unusual type of brand development.
