The Paris Motor Show will be held October 18-23, 2022 in Paris. It is one of the biggest events in the automotive world and a place worth visiting. It turns out, however, that this year there will be a few big misses.
But let’s start with who will appear – The Stellantis movement will be represented by three brands: DS Automobiles, i.e. a brand that produces high-end cars, Peugeot and Jeep. Three out of fourteen isn’t much, but it seems the company has reasons to save money. Renault concerns – Renault and Dacia are preparing a serious blow they will be there in every way.
DS Automobiles is a must seebecause it will present its biggest hit after the facelift. The refreshed DS 7 Crossback is a good reason to be there. There will also be a DS4 and possibly one of the new models. Peugeot will also show its new crossover coupe – moreover, he will greatly promote the 308 and 308 SW. As with the DS, we expect some interesting concept. Jeep will introduce a new 100% electric SUV.
Citroen will not be seen, and it is surprising, because it offers the very attractive Citroën C5 X, which has finally found its way to Polish showrooms, although we have not yet received a press release. There will also be no Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Maserati. BMW and Volkswagen are also not coming to Paris.
The world after the pandemic looks very different than before – the main car holiday in Paris will be smaller, with fewer brands and visitors. Of course, we will try to go there and report on this event for you.
