Augsburg automation specialist Kuka and Volkswagen have concluded an agreement for a delivery system of more than 700 robots this year and the next two years. A decrease in incoming orders

However, incoming orders fell by ten percent to four billion euros. Kuka employs around 3,750 people in Augsburg and 15,000 worldwide. The largest market is the USA with sales of around one billion euros.

Unprofitable plant engineering is being reformed
