Cupra Formentor BAT will come to Poland. Only 15 people will enjoy it

  • Only 500 copies of this limited edition are available worldwide, of which only 15 customers will be able to purchase it in Poland.

Under the hood of the Formentor VZ5 BAT is a 5-cylinder TSI engine with a capacity of 2.5 liters. This unit produces a power of 390 HP and a torque of 480 Nm.

The sporty, slightly black character of the Formentor trim is emphasized by black elements, such as 20-inch aluminum rims, carbon fiber glass covers and Cerakote exhaust pipes. The interior includes CUPBucket sports bucket seats covered in black leather, which add lateral support to the driver and passengers during aggressive driving. The areas around the vents and the central cone are also black.

Cupra Formentor BAT draws attention to Cupra

The limited edition Formentor, production of which is limited to 500 units, will not significantly affect the sales of the Spanish brand. The bars rose significantly last year, clearly indicating that the decision to create the Cupra brand made a few years ago was a jealous one.

Last year, SEAT SA achieved the second best sales result in its history. It was driven by the results achieved by the Seat brand, but especially by the strongly growing Cupra. Both brands delivered over 519,000. cars (in 2022 it was 385.6 thousand), which means an increase of almost 35%. compared to the previous year.

Cupra has had a record year in its history. In 2023, 230.7 thousand were sold. cars, which means an increase of more than 50%. compared to 2022 (152,900). Seating also increased significantly, although not as much as the Cupra (+24% y/y).
