Despite the bad weather, around 60 cars took part in the 2nd Historic Car Competition, organized as part of the Weekend with Bochnia Poviat Cemetery and the Development Department of Bochnia Starosty.

Besides gems like Aston Martin, Porsche, Maserati and Harley, there were also Polish classics. The participants traveled more than 70 km, visiting unique places in our region, starting from Bochnia, through Żegocina, Lipnica Murowana and Nowy Wiśnicz, to return to Bochnia, where they finished with a prize in the Uzbornia Family Park.

The organizers decided to distinguish the oldest, most luxurious and fastest car. The award also went to the youngest Rally participant.

The commission was composed of Bochnia Staroste, Adam Korta, Mayor Stefan Kolawiński, Marek Rudnik from the County Council, Jerzy Polczyk and Łukasz Radzięta, Police Commanders, and Grzegorz Matura, Director of Traffic, unanimously decided that Warsaw from 1973 became the Star of the Star of 1973. The youngest participant of the rally was Kalina from the VW GOLF 1 car from 1990.

In addition to the prizes from the organizers, the prizes were also sponsored by the Mayor of Nowy Wiśnicz and here the prize went to the owner of a white BMW. The mayor of Bochnia decided to distinguish the owner of a Maserati from 1992. The mayor of Żegocina presented a prize to the owners of a Mercedes 170V from 1938. The three prizes were also given by the mayor of Lipnica Murowana, which went to the owners of Harley cars from 1942, Fiat 126P from 1975 and Mustang Fastback from. 1968.

The assembly of the vehicles was also supported by companies from Bochnia, Bocheński County and neighboring counties. These companies presented their favorites with trophies, thus:

For those who decided to visit Uzborna on Sunday afternoon, the Bochnia County Office also organized an environmental picnic, where it was encouraged to choose a bicycle as an ecological means of transport and the negative impact of car exhaust emissions on our environment was presented. . In promoting the bicycle as an ecological and friendly means of transport, energy bicycles were used, which, when pedaling, anyone could squeeze a glass of juice or release soap bubbles. These activities were carried out under the project LIFE-IP EKOMAŁOPOLSKA. Animators from Rerum were also waiting for the youngest residents.

The partners of the event are the City of Bochnia, the City and Community of Nowy Wiśnicz, the Community of Lipnica Murowana and the Community of Żegocina.
