Speaking on Radio France, the Ferrari team principal explained the “Vasseur method”.

“Let him cook”, is a phrase that has been repeated among Reds fans since the beginning of the season. But what does Vasseur’s method consist of? which is slowly bringing Ferrari back to the top?

Speaking on the broadcast of Radio France, it is the Head of the Cavallino Team who explained his way of working. “Personally, I strongly believe in the importance of the team”, Vasseur said. “From the outside it is hard to understand how much this makes a difference in the world of racing“.

“Everyone has their own job and everything works only if we work together, the credit does not go to just one person. When you win, victory belongs to everyone, not just Charles or Carlos“, added former Alfa Romeo number one. “At the moment the situation in the team is very good. There were difficult times but we were able to respond without fear“.

Since his arrival at Ferrari, Team Red has achieved two victories despite a Red Bull team that at times seemed out of reach. “They keep getting faster but in Australia we were able to beat them and in Japan the weekend was great. Now we are ready to get back in the game from China’s point of view, we must maintain this desire to constantly improve.”.

Vasseur then revealed what he was asking of his team. “I ask him to continue to have this attitude, when you lose and when you win“.
