Ford Puma has been well received not only in Europe, but also in Poland. It is one of the most popular models of this manufacturer in our country, especially the gentle hybrid type.
In September this year, 372 units were delivered to customers new Ford Puma, 369 which are cars driven by smooth hybrid. Since the beginning of 2022, 2,220 units of Puma with mHEV powertrain have been registered in Poland, and the total sales of this model reach 2,404 units.
Despite a slight decrease in the number of registrations, which is less than 3.8 percent. compared to the same period last year, Ford Puma After nine months of this year, the EcoBoost Hybrid remains the first mHEV in the small SUV segment in Poland.
EcoBoost Hybrid technology uses the engine electricity connected to a 48-volt lithium-ion battery. Electric storage is an additional support for the gasoline engine. For example, it supports easier and more powerful starting as well as better Start-Stop operation. The 48 volt battery is charged while driving, eg when braking.
Ford Puma has a large luggage compartment (456 l), massage seats and electric tailgate opening. Ford claims the Puma is more spacious than the competition.
The company is particularly proud of the loading space, which should be the largest among the SUVs of segment B. This is also supported by the convenient boot cover, its length and the possibility of folding the seats in a ratio of 60:40 or completely. Importantly, after folding the seats, you get an almost flat floor.
If Puma sells as well as Ford promises, it will want to show it at the end of the year, so we have to wait for news.
