2024 Buick Envista ST Powertrain – 7/10

Powered by a 1.2L 3-cylinder turbo engine, the Buick Envista ST puts out 136 hp and 162 lb-ft of torque, which are pretty standard numbers. Despite this, the SUV offers a great driving experience thanks to the turbocharger, while remaining economical in the city. You can’t ask too much, and you can’t push too much, but in the city it’s home. In this context, I really liked this power train.

Driving 2024 Buick Envista ST – 8/10

After a week of testing the 2024 Buick Envista ST, I was pleasantly surprised by how well it drove. Startup is fast and responsive, which I liked from the beginning. I had no particular expectations at the beginning of my experiment. By the end of the week, I was totally beat. Whether in town or on the highway, the Envista is superb, and its suspension takes potholes well while maintaining good stability.

The only drawback is that there is no all-wheel drive version of this model. If you want to check that box, you’ll have to look at its big brother, the Buick Encore GX.

Otherwise, the thing that impressed me the most is its low fuel consumption. For an SUV (even of this small size), the fuel efficiency performance exceeded my expectations.

I was asked several times what I thought about this model, which is completely new to the market. The curious were very interested in his appearance. But when I told them about the price, they were all surprised, especially given the quality of the interior materials and the sporty styling of the ST model. My all-black style was really cool.

Range and fuel consumption
According to Buick, the car has an average fuel consumption of 8.4 L/100 km in the city and 7.4 L/100 km on the highway.
