ANANTNAG:SGMC Anantnag proudly announces the dual registration of its Ethics Committee by the Department of Health Research (DHR) and the Central Drug Control Organization (CDSCO) on 18 April 2024. This milestone underlines GMC Anantnag’s commitment to advancing the research of treatment and innovation, booking. as a forerunner in ethical medical studies, bioequivalence assessments, and clinical trials.

Led by the dedicated efforts of the committee members and with the unwavering support from the institute leadership, the Ethics Committee of GMC Anantnag has gained recognition from both the apex bodies, confirming its adherence to national standards and regulatory requirements. Dr. Prof Anjum Farhana, Head of GMC Anantnag, expresses gratitude to all involved, emphasizing the importance of this achievement in developing the capacity of health services in this region.
