40 new types of electricity and fuel by 2029

BMW will launch 40 new models by 2029 and promises the competition should be worried. But what new features are expected?

At BMW, the electric age is well underway. But the Hélice company has not said its last word about the 100% heat market. Therefore, the Bavarian brand has just announced that around forty models were expected to hit the market by 2029. At best, the brand’s dealers announce that the competition should be worried.

BMW wants to establish its superiority

BMW spent two days in Las Vegas wowing dealers with previews of cars and future projects in the works. Suffice it to inform the participants that around 40 new generation and revised cars will arrive in the market in the next five years. According to our colleagues atAutomotive News, the merchants present were blown away. Obviously, they did not want to reveal their identity. But others have made statements that speak for themselves.
“The product is not genuine,” said the seller of the German brand. “Companies like Tesla should be shuddering because BMW’s electric devices are impressive.” Note that BMW and Rimac are collaborating on advanced electric vehicle technology. This probably means that the future electric M3 will be equipped with Rimac Technology original equipment. Combined with the new look of BMW previews and Neue Klasse concepts, BMW’s future electric cars will find their customers. But not everyone wants an electric car!

Electricity, but not only that!

Recent news seems to indicate that The fourth generation BMW X3 G45 no longer looks like a small SUV. This should make its official debut this year before going on sale in 2025. In fact, the German SUV would have undergone a complete styling overhaul. Spy photos show an increase in size and character. The same dealer said the G65-generation BMW X5 felt “weak.” The person talking about it describes it as a new design with X-shaped lights.
He even adds that it’s “probably the coolest thing I’ve seen.” Dealers were also able to discover the facelifted 2 Series Gran Coupé and the modified i7 luxury sedan. But no new technical details have been revealed yet. That said, one dealer said that they and their colleagues have seen the upcoming electric Mini Aceman. And since it was in the US that dealers were asked for their opinion, this could indicate that BMW is considering selling the Aceman on the other side of the Atlantic. But if it will be built in China, there is nothing to prove this.

More V8 in BMW

Information circulating on the Web also shows that dealers saw the BMW M5 Touring. Better yet, they think that this sports utility vehicle should be used as a “stylish” vehicle. This indicates that the sales volume will not be large, but that many will be interested. We already know that the German hot engine will be powered by BMW XM’s twin-turbo V8 hybrid. But recent rumors suggested that non-‘M’ badged SUVs like the X5, X6 and X7 would lose their eight-cylinder engine offerings. The inline six-cylinder B58 will form the top of the range.
Fortunately, new information does not confirm this rumor. The Propeller brand reportedly told dealers that BMW “believes in electric cars”… But that they will only push electric sales based on market conditions and not legal pressure. In other words, BMW wants to electrify “beneficially and intelligently”. So the parent company reportedly told dealers to expect BMW to continue investing in combustion engines. Including in large V8 engines. In fact, this leads us to believe that the current “inline six” with V8 will be under development to meet the Euro 7 standard.
