The next LEGO Icons car is said to be a remake of the classic ’70s version in the 10337 Lamborghini Countach, which will hit shelves later this year.
First released by Lamborghini in 1974, the Countach is easily one of the most iconic cars, heralding the Italian manufacturer’s wedge shape and has already earned a coveted spot in the LEGO Speed Champions car portfolio (see 76908 Lamborghini Countach). . The LEGO Group is said to be tackling the Roadster on a bigger scale later this year.
That’s according to Instagram users itavixbrix (via Brick Clicker), who reports that 10337 Lamborghini Countach will be available on July 1st. The car is said to have 1,506 parts and will retail for $179.99. That puts it between last year’s 10321 Corvette, which cost $1,210 for 149.99 pieces, and the regular 10317 Land Rover Defender 90, which costs $2,336 for 239.99 pieces.
It’s pretty safe to assume that the car is in the range of these two cars and the rest of LEGO’s Expert/Icons Garage, which already includes the likes of the classic 10265 Ford Mustang and 10304 Chevrolet Camaro Z28. And although the source of this rumor does not recommend a specific color or model, to be safe, you can buy a white LP1985 QV from 5000 which – with its rear spoiler, Miami Vice color and re-ventilation – For the most important people.
