Volkswagen has high expectations with BtoB customers

I am happy to share with you the current and future success of Volkswagen France. Indeed, 2023 was a very good year for the brand with 120,225 registrations, all channels combined (individuals and businesses), i.e. an increase of 23.6% compared to 2022. This represents a total market share of 6.8%, up 0.4 points. Thus Volkswagen consolidates its position as the leading importer in France. So we are very confident about the results of this financial year. I am very ambitious as well, especially with our BtoB clients who I know well and love.

In this market segment, we are fortunate to have loyal customers. But we can also win with the range of our identities. 100% electric. I can assure you that 2024 will be the “year of the ship” for our brand. We target 49,000 orders for companies, or about 37% of the total mix. A goal that we will achieve thanks to a unique product calendar. A real fireworks display of new products awaits our customers, starting with the new Tiguan launched in March, then the new Passat in April, the Golf this summer and the ID.7 Tourer in September. Whether fuel (petrol or diesel), plug-in hybrid or 100% electric, our range of vehicles is the widest on the market and meets all needs. It is also accompanied by a high level of after-sales services and innovative mobility solutions, such as Volkswagen Rent: Volkswagen’s short- and medium-term rental service designed for professionals.
Together with all my teams, I am committed to serving all the expectations and needs of our business customers and our staff reward vehicles.
