Mazda says the goal is to develop new products and services that go beyond the traditional areas of activity in the automotive industry. The 420 square meter area in Tokyo was designed with these factors in mind. Hiring IT experts should be implemented in Minato City as well as exchange with new business partners or co-workers. The Mazda Design Space offers, among other things, rooms for creative activities as well as workshops.

“We want to empower people to create new partnerships and dare to create new values”Says Executive Officer Tomiko Takeuchi, who is responsible for human resources at Mazda. “To do this, we first create an environment that encourages our employees to be passionate about their work. This positive energy will flow from the Mazda Innovation Space at the boundaries of the automotive industry, encouraging new or future business partners, potential graduates and others job seekers with Mazda to accelerate collaboration and innovation.
