It is possible to rent a Lucid Air Grand Cruiser for only $604 per month

The Lucid Air Grand Touring normally carries a $135,750 MSRP but leasing a 2023 model is a great option.

  • Leasing a Lucid Air Grand Touring for $604 a month requires a down payment of $6,250.
  • Grand Touring models in the Lucid lineup are available for less than $120,000.
  • These offers make the Air cheaper to lease than the BMW 2-Series Gran Coupe ($658 before taxes and fees).

If you live in the US and are in the market for a luxury and fast electric sedan lease, a new deal revealed for the 2023 Lucid Air might be worth it.

As we recently revealed in a separate Lucid post, the 2023 Air Grand Tourer, with a $135,750 MSRP, is available with a $15,000 Air Credit and a $9,650 Pro Credit. Additionally, an EV is eligible for a $7,500 tax credit when leased. Buyers of the Grand Touring edition can also receive a $5,000 bonus, and if referred by another Lucid owner, they can get a $1,250 rebate.

Plugging this information into Lucid’s online lease calculator shows that you can lease an Air Grand Touring for just $604 a month for 18 months, and up to 10,000 miles a year. However, despite what a Lucid representative told them Direct cars that this program is a zero-down lease, it does not appear to be the case

Lucid’s payment calculator shows a minimum payment of $6,250 is required. It also lists $1,197 in registration and fees, and $3,648 in upfront taxes, meaning $11,199 will be due at delivery including the first month’s payment. That’s a pretty hefty sum but probably chump change for someone in the Lucid Air market and still makes this an interesting proposition.

The Lucid Air Grand Touring tops the regular Air lineup, excluding the Tesla Model S Plaid that competes with the Air Sapphire. While they normally carry an MSRP of $135,750, models can be found in Lucid’s current inventory for under $120,000. It comes standard with two electric motors producing 819 hp and can reach 60 mph (96 km / h) in just 3 seconds. Additionally, the Air Grand Touring boasts an impressive range of 516 miles (830 km) on a single charge.

Lucid is likely looking to replace as many of the 2023 Air Grand Touring models as it can given that it has already announced the 2024 model.
