Hyderabad: CII-CIES inaugurated at T-hub

At the T-Hub in Hyderabad, the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Studies (CIES) recently inaugurated a joint endeavour. The collaboration intends to bring together the CII’s resources and expertise to support the CIES in its mission to foster innovation and entrepreneurship in India.

“This is a unique initiative to help entrepreneurs and innovators in India build a strong foundation for their businesses,” said Mr. R.D. Joshi, Chairman of CII-CIES.

The initiative will provide access to a variety of services, including mentorship, training, and access to markets and finance. It will also focus on helping existing businesses to scale up and reach their potential.

The CIES will provide a platform for budding entrepreneurs to network and connect with resources, such as investors, mentors, and other entrepreneurs. It will also provide access to experts from the CII’s member companies, who will provide advice and guidance on a range of topics, such as business strategy and operations, technology, and marketing.

The CIES will also provide a range of educational and training programmes, including workshops, panel discussions, and hackathons. These programmes will focus on topics such as innovation, entrepreneurship, and leadership.

The CII-CIES collaboration is expected to be a major boost to the start-up ecosystem in India. By providing access to resources and expertise, the initiative will help to foster an environment where entrepreneurs can succeed and create an impact.

It is hoped that the venture will catalyse innovation and entrepreneurship in India, and help to create a vibrant start-up culture that will drive economic growth and job creation in the region.
