Hyundai redesigns Ioniq 5: Now also with rear wiper

The Hyundai Ioniq 5 enters the second half of its life with more range, revised design and new functions. The most important innovation is the 84 kWh battery, which replaces the previous variant of 77.4 kWh. This increases the range from the previous maximum of 507 km to almost 570 km. The Korean manufacturer has not mentioned any changes to the small battery (58 kWh). There is also no information yet on the performance values of the drives.

However, a slight change in appearance is already known. There is a new front bumper, extended rear spoiler and new rims. In the cockpit, the mobile phone charging cradle has been placed higher, and there is now a real seat heating button. There are now illuminated LED pixels on the steering wheel.
