Meyer Shank Racing Driver Quotes:

Felix Rosenqvist: “It was difficult! I honestly didn’t think I had (the tree) because I had a big tank out of Turn Five, but we got it. Nothing comes easy on this song, but this one was fun. Many thanks to Meyer Shank Racing, AutoNation, SiriusXM and Honda – this is our first official pole together, hard fought. It was very close, but that’s INDYCAR for you. I think here is a big start at the pole. We will take advantage of that and try to do better. It’s usually a two-stop race, with a direct strategy, and we have a good race car so I’m happy.”

Tom Blomqvist : “This weekend has been very difficult to be honest. I didn’t have a lot of confidence in the car. It didn’t help that I missed time in the first practice session and it’s a competitive series that if you’re on your feet a bit, it can be difficult to catch up. We’ll keep working on it and be ready for tomorrow.”
