Pagani Is Working On Some Kind Of New Car And It Sounds Amazing

Pagani posted a short clip on social media today to tease a “new creature” from his Atelier initiative. The company provides few details about the amazing supercar. We don’t know what Pagani is cooking up, but if it’s anything like his past delicacies, we’re in for a treat.

The closest thing we get to seeing the new Pagani is sitting under a sheet that reveals its Huayra-like R contour. The company couldn’t hide the large rear wing that sticks out, which is joined by a vertical fin that runs down the back of the car. A large front splitter sits next to what looks like the nose of the Huayra.

Perhaps this is not a new variant of Utopia. The car that Pagani teased has the same kink in the rear fender as the Huayra R, leading us to believe that this could be a new version of the track-only model. It could also be a one-off build based on a racing car.

The teaser simply showcased various race tracks from around the world, such as the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya and the Yas Marina Circuit, paired with the roar of a 12-cylinder engine. The automaker introduced the Huayra R in March 2021 with a horsepower 850, normally aspirated V12. We are excited to see if Pagani improves the design or has something else ready.

It is unclear when we will see the new free car cover. The trigger just said “Stay close to the eyes,” so we will.
