Liontown Resources Limited has announced that it has entered into a legal agreement for the purchase and financing of the world’s leading car manufacturer Ford Motor. The outsourced agreement to take with Ford covers the supply of up to 150,000 DMT per year of spodumene carefully, a lithium source that is essential in the essential chemicals of EV batteries. The spodumene collection will come from the 100% Lithium Project Liontown of Kathleen Valley in Western Australia for five years. The agreement is the third and final purchase of Liontown needed to support the development of Kathleen Valley and marks the culmination of the discipline implementation of its departure strategy.
