Hyundai is opening its first brand position on Amazon to deepen its digital engagement and customer focus. The starting signal for this new form of communication is being given here in Germany.

At the Hyundai Brand Space on Amazon (www.amazon.de/erfahrehyundai), people interested in Hyundai cars, as well as customers shopping on Amazon, can contact the Hyundai brand. Brand Space defines the Hyundai brand and provides information about the company’s technological advancements as well as its commitment to sustainability.

The Hyundai Brand Position introduces a new audience to the Korean car brand. And because they interact with the automaker in a familiar environment, potential customers find it easier to learn more about Hyundai. The first country in which Hyundai is opening a brand space on Amazon is Germany, at the beginning of April 2024. This is part of the current and innovative communication concept “Experience__Hyundai”. With a different approach and at the same time empowering customers, Hyundai will be better positioned as an established brand with a broad portfolio of future-oriented products and technologies.

This is exactly in line with our new communication strategy to make Hyundai available digitally in a new way. In the Trade Store, the customer has direct access and learn a lot about our brand and its vision. Hyundai will offer a variety of touchpoints on Amazon that can help customers access the brand space – for example showing ads that lead directly to the brand space. Within the Hyundai Brand Position on Amazon, potential customers can access content about the brand and a wide portfolio of products. There is also the option of going to the Hyundai Motor Germany website (www.hyundai.de), for example using the configurator for new car models or requesting an offer from your local Hyundai dealer. This means that dealers remain the point of contact for everything directly related to car sales.
