One of the companies that more than any other has been able to put the name of Italy on top worldwide, in the automotive sector, is undoubtedly that ofAlfa Romeo. There are many luxury cars produced by the Arese company. The latter, chronologically, was SUV Milan.

It is a model with small dimensions that aim to be appreciated above all for its craftsmanship. Length is 417 cm, width 178 cm and height 153 cm, which makes it suitable for five people.

The technological internals packed into the gorgeous 10.25-inch display deserve a lot of attention. The model can be purchased in both versions Full hybrid and electric. In the first case, in fact, we are faced with a car that has a 3-cylinder engine with a displacement of 1200 which, together with the electric part, reaches 136 horses. The starting point is not bad either, considering that its maximum speed reaches 206 km / h. Consumption is very low, considering that it does not exceed 5.2 liters per 100 kilometers.

In addition to this car, which costs 31,900 Euros, there is also an attractive electric version. This guarantees a range of 408 kilometers, and a maximum speed of 150 km / h, thanks to its 156 horse power. Ilc

Dispute between Alfa Romeo and the Government: Milano becomes “Junior”

In recent months there has been a calm climate between the countries Stellantis group and the Italian Government, that is why the conflict has reached the brink again. The Minister of Trade and Industry in Italy Adolfo Urso openly criticized the name chosen by Alfa Romeo for the new car.

In fact, when you create a car called “Milan”, it is assumed that its production took place in the regions of the Lombard capital or in any case in Italy. This car, however, is produced in Poland, causing confusion and above all not giving the customer the opportunity to have a clear understanding of the basic details of the SUV.

For this reason the Stellantis Group had to change its name. Decision officially through a press release. The ending started out ironically as it was a question from the beginning “Alfa Romeo Milano is not good?”. So the Milanese company immediately answers this question in kind and does so by changing the name of the car that was born a few days ago.

Let’s forget it like this Milano who is born and retires immediately and we welcome them Junior. This will be the name of this model that is already causing a lot of discussion, while Stellantis does not want to create more controversy. In fact, the press release says that it was decided to change the name immediately to create a sense of stability. The name changes but not the substance.
