If you think a luxury caryou probably think of image makers as such Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Ferrari, Porsche or even a Lamborghini. However, there are also companies specializing in high-end products that are still not well known in Europe. In China, it is Hongqi which has occupied this part since the 1950s.
Founded in 1958, Hongqi is one of the oldest companies in the Chinese automobile market. Initially, it distinguished itself by creating cars specifically for members of the Communist Party of China and the Chinese government. After facing a period of decline, it was finally revived and now offers new cars, sometimes with rather unusual styling.
