Maryland-Alabama Game Time, TV Channel Announced, Brandon Miller gives Terps scouting report

The Maryland Terrapins and Alabama Crimson Tide will take the field on Saturday, October 3rd with the kick-off set for 3:30 PM ET, with the game being broadcast on ESPN.

Brandon Miller, a Maryland alum, provided a scouting report of the upcoming matchup. “The Terrapins will face a formidable opponent in Alabama. We’ll need to bring a difficult, technical game plan in order to have a chance at success,” Miller stated.

The Crimson Tide have a plethora of talented players and a deep roster. Running back Najee Harris is the workhorse of the offense, having rushed for 636 yards and eleven touchdowns in seven games this season. Quarterback Mac Jones has been impressive as well, throwing for 1,862 yards and 18 touchdowns in the same number of games.

The Terrapins have also had a solid season, with quarterback Taulia Tagovailoa throwing for 1,507 yards and ten touchdowns in seven games. Running back Jake Funk has rushed for 492 yards and three touchdowns.

Miller is confident that the Terrapins can pull off the upset. “Maryland has the potential to win this game, but they’ll need to execute the game plan and limit the mistakes if they want to come out with the victory,” Miller said.

It should be an interesting contest between two teams with plenty of talent. With both teams possessing the ability to put up points, the winner of the Maryland-Alabama game could be determined by which team makes the fewest mistakes.
