The main sponsor and official car dealer of the event for the third year in a row, Maserati brought to the Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters a fleet of 100% “Made in Modena” cars, specifically to transport the champions between matches, to and from the court where they are performing. theirs.

The trident manufacturer has prepared a range of cars to satisfy as many people as possible (Grecale, Levante, Ghibli and Quattroporte), as well as guests of the brand who are tennis lovers, who, for example, will be given tests away from the court behind the wheel of the MC20, MC20 Cielo, GranTurismo and Grecale.

One offer that required a year of work

Among the cars present in Monaco will also be the latest arrival from the house of Trident, the new Maserati GranCabrio Trofeo recently presented by the Italian manufacturer, as well as a copy of the Maserati MC20 Cielo like no other. This MC20 Cielo, named MC20 Cielo Opera d’arte, is also making its first official public outing in Monaco.

An Italian sports car powered by a 630 hp rider, it was produced according to the specifications requested by the customer. It is a unique creation inspired by abstract art, designed to enhance and share the artistic evolution of the exclusive Maserati Fuoriserie personalization program.

The concept of “Creativity is the mind having fun”, seems to have been created for the MC20 Cielo Opera d’arte. It is “a true expression of artistic freedom, inspiration, intuition, imagination and the ability to give shape to dreams,” explains the Italian designer.

No less than fifteen different colors were chosen to create this immediately striking effect, including shades of “Acid Yellow” and “Glow Orange” that brighten up the production of geometric shapes. In terms of the interior, Maserati designers and technicians chose blue Alcantara trim, again enhanced with a touch of bright color.

The car was completely built in the historic factory in Viale Ciro Menotti, Modena. Its creation required a year of work by the team in charge of the Fuoriserie program, in close collaboration with the members of the Maserati Centro Stile.

The MC20 Cielo Opera d’arte will be on display in the VIP Village area of ​​the Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters, before returning to the garage of its lucky owner.
