K2 Precise from the K2 Group (in the process of changing its name to Fabrity) won the Volkswagen Group Polska bid for the Seat and Cupra brands. Under the concluded agreement, K2 Precise will ensure the optimization of the digital processes of the customer journey for the Seat and Cupra brands. The service will handle the entire purchase process and post-sale, including content customization and analytics services. The collaboration between K2 Precise and Volkswagen Group Polska covers technology and marketing aspects.
