Colt in the cloud: Mitsubishi Europe partners with Vinturas

Mitsubishi Motors Europe (MME) and Vinturas will collaborate. Vinturas provides logistics services built on cloud blockchain technology.

MME has implemented Vinturas’ scalable network solution for the launch of the new generation ASX and updated Colt. In concrete terms, this means that all parties in the logistics process, from the factory to the retailer, have real-time access to information about the vehicle. In this blockchain, a file is kept for each car that can be edited by each player, but for which they have received permission in advance.

Vinturas has driven processes and workflows for Mitsubishi Motors Europe and provides solutions for a wide range of IT applications, operations and business partners. MMEs access and manage the data and information of all parties within their end-to-end supply chain. According to MME, it increases the transparency and tracking of vehicles.

The first part of the route, for the new generation ASX produced in Spain, has now been implemented. The next part of the route is for the brand new Colt which is produced in Turkey.
