Marine Monti joins the VO and BtoB sales team at Hyundai France


After a solid career with long-term rental companies, Marine Monti moves to the manufacturer’s camp. Since March 2024, he has joined Hyundai’s VO and BtoB sales department as VO and short-term rental market manager.

Hyundai France has created a completely new space and Marine Monti was hired, in March 2024, to own it. The latter effectively replaces the head of the used car and short-term rental market. A function that is integrated into the VO and BtoB sales unit, managed by Emmanuelle Serazin.

Therefore, Marine Monti will strengthen the relationship with Hyundai dealers in France. Its mission will mainly include testing the network expertise project. This involves the deployment of the new Hyundai Promise document, analysis of network performance and monitoring of action plans set by field teams.

Emmanuelle Serazin is full of praise for this employer. It should be said that Marine Monti has had a successful professional career so far. He graduated in 2010 with BTS in the management of the commercial unit in Negocia, he has never left the automotive industry since he was the remarketing coordinator at General Motors between 2011 and 2014.

He then joined the world of rental companies by being responsible for driving car sales for Parcours from 2014 to 2018. Then, he continued in the ALD Automotive organization chart from January 2020 to March 2024. Marine Monti was responsible for a series of retail projects, responsible for VO Operations and, ultimately, responsible for customer service and management.

In 2023, Hyundai’s network of 177 dealers offered 16,500 used cars under the label. Returns of buy again LCD, locally registered cars and those from leasers make up the bulk of the supply. The French subsidiary is taking steps to encourage the network to prepare the latest fleet of vehicles from these routes.
