The manufacturer Stellantis has reported several changes in the distribution networks of old FCA brands during the month of April 2023. The Polmar Group is strengthening with Alfa Romeo and Jeep, while Guillerminet is entering the networks of Fiat and Abarth.

The Guillerminet Group took over the distribution of the Fiat, Abarth and Fiat Professional brands in Bourg-en-Bresse in May 2023.

FCA manufacturers informs us that the Socadia company (Polmar group) has been appointed as the distributor of the Alfa Romeo and Jeep brands in Rouen. The entity headed by Jean-François Evrard also sells them in Caen (along with Fiat and Abarth).
Two brands of the Stellantis group were previously sold in the city by the Hecquet group (Création Automobiles). In 2021, it passed 53 Jeeps and 7 Alfa Romeos in Rouen.
The Guillerminet Group has joined the Fiat network
Since May 1, 2023, Bresse Automobiles Turinoises (RX Automobiles group) has ceased its activities as a distributor of Fiat, Abarth and Fiat Professional in Montagnat (Ain), south of Bourg-en-Bresse. Headed by Nicolas Roux, this entity represents Volkswagen, Kiti, Skoda, Cupra, Audi, Kia and Mitsubishi panels in Ain.
The Fiat, Abarth and Fiat Professional brands have been sold in Bourg-en-Bresse since May 2 by Mondial Autos, owned by Marion Guillerminet. The family group is already there now in the Opel department and brand (Peronnas).
Emil Frey closes Maubeuge
In Maubeuge (Nord), the manufacturer tells us that the Emil Frey group (Motorcar Nord By Autosphere) has ceased to represent panels of the Fiat, Abarth and Fiat Professional brands.
Finally, in the Vosges, the Car Avenue group moved its Jeep, Fiat and Fiat Professional (BSA Automobiles) operations from the Sainte-Marguerite district to Saint-Dié-des-Vosges, where it also distributes the Citroën and Opel brands. The operator had bought these sites in 2022 from JMJ Automobileswho himself had taken them over a few months earlier from Claude Chopot.
