Dream Design, installation by Numen/For Porsche – Milan Design Week 2024

From 16 to 21 April 2024on the occasion of Milano Design Week 2024Porsche offers a Clerici Palace in Milan (via Clerici 5) Dream PatternThe fifth stage of travel art and design plan Fantasy Artlaunched in 2021 in Paris.

Fantasy Art explores the concept of rhythm and repetition to draw inspiration from an iconic motif Nuggetfirst used in the Porsche 356 and later in the Porsche 911. Design group Number/For Use takes the monochromatic diagonals of the motif Nugget and give them life in unity a great submerged work of art.

It is made up of a lightweight structure of metal modules that act as a base for a interweaving of black and white networks, Flight Lines causes agitation a flock of birds fleeing from a net trap. A metaphor for escape, escaping old systems and patterns, seeking freedom in an unknown place. Like floating environmentthe installation invites visitors climb up to explore this social sculpturekind of community hammocka place of escape, transition, fantasy and freedom.

Installation is open to the public free entry from 10.00 to 20.00 (except Wednesday 17 and Sunday 21 April from 10.00 to 18.00)
