And because special models bring new attention, the Japanese manufacturer is now sending the Forester Exclusive Cross Edition, the Forester Platinum Black Edition and the Outback Platinum Cross Edition into the race for buyers’ attention.

Sporty – Exclusive Crossover of the Forester Edition

The Exclusive Cross Edition puts a “sports suit” on the Forester (at least that’s what Subaru calls it) with orange and black accents. The plastic panels at the front, back and side as well as the roof rails therefore have an orange-black color combination, while the exterior mirrors and fog lights are wrapped in black. 18-inch alloy wheels in “Dark Metallic” are also available and as an alternative to the familiar color finish, the color “Sapphire Blue Pearl” is offered only for this version.

In the interior, the special model has round accessories with orange trim and black trim with anthracite interior. Orange stitching can be found on the steering wheel, gearshift lever, center console, door trim and fabric seats.

A special model is based on the “Comfort” equipment line. That’s why, among other things, an 8-inch touchscreen navigation and audio system, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, dual-zone automatic air conditioning, folding and heated exterior mirrors, keyless entry, tailgate electric opening, heated. front seats, light and rain sensors, a reversing camera and a sunroof on board as standard.

In addition to the 18-inch alloy wheels in dark grey, the exterior mirrors, roof rails and fog light surrounds along with plastic covers on the front, rear and sides are also finished in black.

The special model is based on the top equipment “Platinum”: In addition to heated leather seats in the front and back and a leather interior, a sound system from Harman/Kardon with nine speakers and an additional amplifier is on the old work boards. .

Solid – the Outback Edition Platinum Cross

This special model is only produced in limited numbers. It is painted in a unique “Geyser Blue” color and has black and green accents. The roof rails are black and green, the black side plastic panel is decorated with green lettering. The front and back panels, however, have been kept in black.
